can’t update theme

    hello,

    I bought a theme for my website. now there’s an update and I have to download the theme again and install it. When I go to envato market and go to downloads I can download the theme again but when I try to upload it in wordpress it says: the link you try to follow has expired.

    Anyone an idea how I can update my theme?

    There is a plugin which allows you updating Envato theme: https://envato.com/market-plugin/

    If you need more support you must contact your theme support as well as it’s a commercial theme, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
