Can’t Update Tickets

    Hello,

    I can’t update any tickets in my admin panel. I get the following error message:

    The theme author has been extremely unresponsive.. if you would get this resolved I’d really appreciate it.

    Hello:

    You’re definitely running into a conflict with either your theme or another plugin. The first thing you would need to do is figure out which theme or plugin is conflicting.

    To do that back up your site and then start turning off the themes and plugins one by one until the error disappears.

    Once you’ve figured out which theme/plugin is conflicting you can let us know. But chances are you’d still have to contact the theme/plugin vendor to get a fix.
