Hello I have this message to upgrade the ultimate member plugin that will go to a upgrade page

But whenever I try to initiate the update it gets stuck and upon further looking it has a console error

Try to do a Theme/Plugin conflict test if your Theme
or another Plugin is causing a conflict with UM.

Hello,

I did a plugin/theme conflict test and found out that the console error is coming from the theme. But the console error is coming from a core wordpress file
/wp-admin/load-scripts.php?c=0&load%5Bchunk_0%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,wp-polyfill&ver=6.7.2

Can you advise please?
