Can't upload

    When I’m trying to upload something in media gallery, there’s an error display “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.” then the image will look like a dark gray square.

    How to fix this?

    Hi tenkepadu,

    First try with deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, activate them one by one until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Provide us following details if above suggestions do not work:

    Size of the Image
    Image format
    Exact WordPress version
    Lastly installed themes and plugins

    Size of Image: 1.30MB
    Image format: Jpeg
    Wordpress 4.2.2
    New plugin installed today

    I encountered this problem since last week. First I got an error “http error”. I double check the PHP ini and the max size upload is 1024M. I laready clear the cache and test in another browser but there’s no luck 🙁
