Can’t upload back-ups

    Hi I need help, I am migrating my sites to a new Canadian hosting site (Canspace) and I used your free plugin to create back-ups. However the provider is saying they can’t upload the back-upd without purchasing the license. Is that true?

    Hi,

    The plugin itself doesn’t impose any upload restrictions. The upload limit you’re seeing comes from your hosting provider’s server configuration (specifically PHP settings like upload_max_filesize and post_max_size).

    You’ll need to contact Canspace and ask them to increase these PHP upload limits for your account. This is a server-side setting that only they can adjust.

    No license purchase is required – this is purely a hosting configuration issue.
