I have flipped between three different themes that all support ‘Custom Image Header’ and no matter what I do, I can’t upload an image. When I tell it the image file to upload, it attempts and then pops back with the following error message: “The uploaded file was only partially uploaded.”

Any ideas? I am so closing to walking away from WordPress. This may be the straw. If I can fix this, maybe I can move onto the myriad image uploader problems.

    Thanks for any assistance.

Threatening to leave free software is an empty threat 😉

Could you clarify your problem a bit? When you check your web server’s error logs what do you see that might be related to your issues?

What themes are you using — have you contacted the theme authors? (I gotta confess, Custom Image Uploading is not something I’m aware of being part of WordPress…)

    (The threat is me venting.)

Okay, now this is weird. Using the exact same browser as before, I can upload a custom image from the work PC as normal. But not here at home. What is the difference? Both PC’s are running Windows XP. Same host, same browser…

Anything in the web server error logs?

Strictly out of curiosity, are you running the Bad Behavior plugin or anything similar?
