    1. Ensure that your folder indicated in “Download Path” under Downloads -> Downloads Options is correct and writable by Apache.
    2. If you can’t choose a location, it is fine, means it is the root folder as specicied in #1
    3. As to what you get Forbidden, I can only guess it might be related to mod_security. You have to check your error logs to know the issue.
