Can't Upload Media: Simple Catch Theme

    Hello, my skills are fairly basic when it comes to WP and I could use your assistance.

    I updated my WP to 4.1.2 this morning.

    I started a new blog post and attempted to upload a photo, which I have done for months without any issue. Now the photo (media) will not upload. It does not give an error message, but it just sort of sits there without any progress. On the top of the post it says:
    “The backup of this post in your browser is different from the version below. Restore the backup.” Even when I restore the backup nothing changes.

    I can insert media from previously uploaded files in the media library. I started a new post and had the same issue with the media not uploading.

    Any ideas on how to fix this?

    I went in and disable all of my plugins and then I went back and started them one by one. As I added them one by one I tested to see if I could upload images.

    The issue with uploading images resumed when I activated my last plugin:
    WordPress SEO

    Has anyone experienced this with the WordPress SEO Plug-In?

    Now that I have deactivated the Word Press SEO Plug In I can finally upload imaged into my media library.

    Can you test to see if you have the same problem using a default theme? Just to narrow down whether it’s the theme conflicting or a problem with the plugin.
