Can’t upload theme on local server

    when i try to upload a theme this message appears : Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2018/12. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    It sounds like a permissions problem on the server. Folders should be set to 0755 and files to 0644. Talk to your host if you do not have direct access.

    the site is on my computer am running locally , how do i change these permissioms ?
