Can't upload theme to multisite

Hi,

I have installed multisite and want to upload one theme for the home directory and a separate theme in a sub directory. It will not even let me upload a theme using the network admin however. When I click on themes and add theme it gives me essentially a blank page with tabs at the top for featured, popular, latest, etc. but no way to actually do anything!

Please help…
