Can’t use customize properly

    Hi
    I have discovered a conflict with Blocksy and Master Addons for Elementor when using the customizer. Any changes I make using the customizer aren’t shown as a preview. I have to save and exit before I can see them.

    When I disable Master Addons the customizer works as it should and when I use another theme with Master Addons active that also works as it should.

    I really need Master Addons as my header and footer is created with it and I would like to continue using Blocksy but I need to be able to preview any changes too.

    Hi @rusty_compass,

    Please confirm with us: do you have the Elementor plugin active?

    This is what we found after our research: if you activate Master Addons plugin, it breaks the customizer (specifically their Reading Progress Bar extension) if the Elementor is not active. They are trying to use the “Elementor\Plugin” class without checking its presence and this gives an error. After getting Elementor activated or disabling the “Reading Progress Bar” extension — everything is back to normal in the customizer.

    Can you please try the following and let us know what this results in for you?
    Also, if the problem persists with the above suggestions, please give us a list of all the active plugins that you have so that we can reproduce the issue on our end and find out the root cause.
