Can you please describe a bit more? ‘HR Manager’ or ‘CRM Manager’ or ‘Accounting Manager’ is just some capabilities. It doesn’t have any permission to change an Admin permission.
I assume something else happened. It would be helpful for us to understand the problem if you can describe in detail what actually you made changes.

Somehow it does, I can’t access my admin dashboard after installing this plugin, this is costing me money and time because items on my site are selling under cost because I can’t login to my admin dashboard

We’ll release a version tomorrow with a patch that will not allow you to create an Employee with the Admin email address. The problem we found, when someone creates an Employee with the admin email, he becomes an Employee and loses the Admin access.
If you can not manage to solve your current site situation, contact our support center directly. We’ll assist you to get back your Admin account.
