You can target specific categories on your WordPress site regardless of the permalink structure through the OptinMonster WordPress plugin (instead of the app’s Display Rules).
To do this, please navigate to the WordPress admin > OptinMonster > Campaigns screen. Locate the campaign you wish to edit and select the Edit Output Settings link.
Under the Advanced section of the Output Settings page, in the Categories field search for and select the specific Categories you want to show your campaign on. When you’re finished, save the changes on that page.
If you’ve entered any Display Rules through the app’s campaign builder that target specific pages you’ll want to remove those to be sure the campaign follows only the Output Settings configured.
