Hi,
The process of adding the widget is the following:
1. Go to your WP admin panel
2. Click the “Appearance” tab on the left-hand side
3. Choose “Widgets” from the menu that appears
4. In case the theme is not modified you will have three option where you can add the widget to:
– Sidebar
– Footer 1
– Footer 2
5. From the list of available widgets on the left side find “Mailjet subscription widget” and either click on it, and then choose the area of your preference, or click and hold with the mouse pointer and then drag-n-drop on the area you prefer on the right side
6. Click on the newly added widget on the right-hand side
7. Complete the three steps as you did before
8. Right after the third one there will be a blue “Save” button that you must click on in order to finalize the creation.

It works well !
The problem was that I customize the widget (the 3 steps) in the personalization page of my theme and not in the admin panel like you said.
