I restored the site from a backup so you won’t see the above logo not showing anymore, but let me know if a staging site is helpful!
Do you have an error message or notice that comes out when accessing the file –> https://portal.telcor.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/logo-horiz.png?
We need to see the actual issue so we can further investigate it.
Ok, I reupdated the plugin. Check out the link: https://portal.telcor.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/logo-horiz.png. This image has no AAM settings on it, since we want everyone to be able to see it. The rest of the site is locked down by AAM though.

Based on the way the redirect occurs when I’ve just tried to access mentioned file, your website is not on the Apache server right?
So please explain how did you configure redirects and it is quite possible we would need to do some debugging on your website in order to figure out the true cause.

The site is on NGINX. I have a template_redirect action I’m using for redirecting based on user role, but that shouldn’t affect the logo display, and wasn’t before.
Would a staging site work? And can I pass that info to you offline?
