If you are adding HTML templates in your newsletter email then it should work if the HTML is supported in the email.
Can you please share a screenshot of the design that you have created or the code that you have added.

Iframe in emails does not work. Email clients does not support iframe or videos.
You may upload an image and then link back to your canva design
