How can I make a BB Forum readable subscriber and from Level 1 to edit. I know it is for the capabilities, do not get out only the compilation.

User from Level 1 will have to pay in order to make an entry can. These users may create their entry, edit, delete. (Ie do everything)

Subscribers are permitted but only read these entries.
