    @gobi004,

    Simple Job Board current version does not have CAPTCHA functionality on job application form. To add this functionality in your Job Board, you have to customize the code.

    For a glimpse, we can tell you that please customize the following files:
    simple-job-board/templates/single-jobpost/job-application.php
    simple-job-board/includes/class-simple-job-board-ajax.php
