CAPI not working

    When I first set up my MetaPixel and CAPI, in test events it showed both working. But the CAPI only showed one event, and then stopped. Now I’m just seeing browser events. The exact same thing happened when I used PixelYourSite on another site, so I must be missing something?

    Hello @fifthhouse, please make sure you are using the latest version, and clear all caches—site, browser, and CDN if applicable. Then perform a CAPI test as shown in this video to verify if it’s working. If the issue persists, please share your site link here so I can check.

    Thank you for the support. I did the test, and it shows that the server events are working. I also figured out that when on the Overview page, “Multiple” means the CAPI. I had thought it needed to say “Server” since that’s what it showed when I first set up the metapixel and CAPI.
