I integrate my contact form 7 with captcha and add Api key from google
successfully but nothing happen in My contact page in front end and nothing appear

The issue your site is experiencing seems to be related to reCAPTCHA.

Did you select the correct version of reCAPTCHA when you create your site and secret keys? Please note that the reCAPTCHA integration for Contact Form 7 only support reCAPTCHA v3. If you’re not sure, try to create new keys for your site in order to rule out this is the cause of the issue.
