I created an application form roughly 5 years with a captcha image. About a year ago, the image stopped displaying. Users could not submit their application without the image, so I took the captcha off. But now I’m getting spam applications and need the captcha to work again.

The image does display in WordPress, when I am editing the form. It does not display on the website with Edge, Chrome or Safari browsers.

I have tried both the Captcha and ReCaptcha to no avail.

I’m using Version 2.7.16. I disabled Contact Form 7 and Really Simple CAPTCHA plugins in case there were conflicts, but that didn’t help either.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I tried both options available in the plugin. The image does not display as can be seen by visiting the website.

    Hi @mholbert,

Thanks for your inquiry and sorry for the late response.

Dear user, the problem is that you are using a very old version of the plugin, just to compare our latest version is 2.13.53.

You need to update the plugin and I am sure that the plugin will work correctly.

But please note that in the WordPress forum I cannot help you in getting the latest premium version, so please contact our support team using the following form and they’ll help you in getting and installing latest premium version.
