Using 4.0.18, I’m encountering the same issue as Darren was in the resolved thread. CAPTCHA is always reporting a wrong code. The permissions on cache are 777 and there’s no error in the Advanced tab.

Anyone else seeing this?

Sorry gang. We never resolved this and removed the plug-in.
