Problem: After verification succeeds, Captcha immediately starts connection to Dropbox (and the Dropbox download window opens) rather than showing the “Download” button. When a user returns from the download, the Captcha popup is still there with the “Download” button now visible.

I don’t think this is the intended (or correct) behavior. I think either 1) the “Download” button should appear after verification and the user must click it to start the connection to Dropbox, and when clicked the popup should disappear, or 2) simply clear the captcha popup completely when the connection to Dropbox is initiated so that the user returns to the normal page.

Is what I’m seeing normal? If not, is there a way to modify it as I have suggested?

    Thank you.

    Hi,
Yes, the download starts immediately after captcha validation completed. And, on my side, it is working fine https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/download/captcha-lock/. Please give me your URL to check.

OK thanks. I guess you have confirmed that what I’m seeing is the “normal” behavior. It’s just that when the user comes back from the Dropbox page to the WordPress page, the Captcha box is still there with a big “Download” button waiting to be pressed. But of course at that point, the download has already been accomplished. Just seems like it would be confusing to a user.

Anyway, thanks for your response. (My website is only in development at this point and not live, so there is no URL for me to give you.)
