Hi Auriel,
The register form you are using here: https://ecopsi.org/register/ is not from Clean Login, are you establishing the corresponding shortcode?

Alberto.

Yes I created a page named register.
Took the short code and placed it in the page.
In the Login widget I selected the Clean Login page I created.
This is the widget

And these are the links to the pages with your shortcodes

Please, send me demo credentials to test it (via mail) Thanks.
Alberto.

I’ve been deactivating each plugin to see if one is causing the problem.
BuddyPress. Your plugin doesn’t work with BuddyPress for some reason. I’ve tested it a couple of times and when I activate BuddyPress your plugin doesn’t work.
Suggestions on how to work around this?

So I’m guessing that BuddyPress registration somehow pre-empts your shortcode so that we don’t even see your registration.
BuddyPress instruction says that it associates WordPress Pages with the BuddyPress “Registration” page. The page that BuddyPress is hard coded to associate the registration page. Perhaps if I pick a different name for your registration page it will get rid of the conflict?

It’s not pretty but I found a work around for it. I created a second page named register and pointed BuddyPress at that. Now your shortcode page works. The only problem I forsee having is is BuddyPress needs to read a person registration to assign them privileges for their role.
I still need a real fix for this please.
Let me check it. I’m now away.
Alberto.
So, the issue is: you want to assign a default role (compatible with BuddyPress) for new registered user through Clean Login, is it?
Alberto.

Well yes I want people to use the site with only one login.
The problem was that I wasn’t seeing the Clean Login and the Captcha was not displaying.
Since I contacted you I’ve tested the plugins and found that your plugin isn’t compatible with BuddyPress. Have you figured out how to make your plugin work with BuddyPress?
Hi Auriel,
Since this is an additional feature, please contact us and we’ll send you a quote (if you’re interested) with the modifications to be compatible with your case.

Alberto.
