Captcha not displaying – showing shortcode instead

    The captcha for the event form is not showing and is displaying as the shortcode. We are seeing this in individual events now:

    #_CAPTCHAHTML[]

    and:

    Please fill in the code displayed here: #_CAPTCHA

    I’ve checked the error logs and there are no WordPress errors that I can find. This is a new issue and I’m not sure what has gone wrong.
