    Hello,
We want to activate the antispam feature of the Appointment Hour Plugin. However, when activated, the “captcha” content is not visible. Proceeding with a booking shows a blank screen with single “captchafailed” string. ( No opportunity to see the captcha image text or submit input. )
Plugins and themes are up-to-date.I have disabled all other plugins (except Elementor which is required for opening the appointment hours dialogue.) but the captcha remains inaccessible.
Our site is .com, but the plugin’s help button directs to this .org forum.
    Your suggestion much appreciated.

    Hi,

Seems it isn’t detecting the following option enabled in the public booking form:

    https://apphourbooking.dwbooster.com/customdownloads/captcha-settings.png

Please clone a copy of the booking form and publish it in a test page with that option set to “Yes” to be able to check more details of the issue.

Thank you for using the plugin!

    Hi!
    Thanks for the support.

I cloned the booking form and placed it in a test page.

In the test page, when use captcha verification is set to “yes”,
I can see the captcha image and an input field and submit button!

But, on the actual website, the captcha verification elements are not visible although captcha verification is set to yes.

Here are the affected pages btw:

Elementor was used to layout the pages.

    Hi,

The problem may be also related to the third party script/feature used to keep hidden the booking form until clicking the button labeled “Click to book appointment” in that page. Could you check temporary removing that feature to confirm that it is related to the captcha issue?

    Thank you!

    Ah yes,

I think that’s the problem exactly.

    We can work around, now.

    Thanks!
