This error is displayed when “Site key” or “secret key” has wrong value.
As to resolve the issue, please go to Sendinblue plugin –> Forms and check entered data.

I got exactly the same trouble. Is not something we should arrage in the google captcha interface? Like for the domains:
sendinblue.com
sibforms.com
our_website.com

Also with this problem. I’m waiting for the reaction of the developers.
As Dolomats0 wrote, this plugin does not support v3 of recaptcha. Use version 2 and generate the correct version depending if using invisible or robot check of the recaptcha.
