Captcha on Submission

    Hi,
    I’m looking at putting this form into the public domain. I wanted to put a Captcha on there to ensure that I don’t get Robots submitting Tickets;
    There doesn’t seem to be one?

    Hi Patrick,

    The form will automatically block spam/bots by using the honeypot method. This means you won’t need a captcha, and also has the added benefit of being less intrusive for real users. We’ve been using the form on public pages for medium/high traffic sites and haven’t received a single spam submission yet.

    Let me know if it works for you, or if you start to receive any spam after launching.
