CAPTCHA question type not working

    When trying to use the CAPTCHA question type on a quiz, we are getting an error that mlw_code is not defined.
    This is the message displayed in the developer console:
    Uncaught ReferenceError: mlw_code is not defined
    This is happening in all browsers. We have cleared the browser cache as well as the site cache. The field is set to required as well. We have also updated the plugin to the latest version that is available on GitHub.
    We have disabled all other plugins and tried different themes. None of these things have corrected the issue.
    We would like to use the CAPTCHA question type to avoid getting spam from the form.

    Hi Wrighta,

    This issue has been fixed in the latest plugin update. I request you to update QSM to its latest version (v7.3.12) and check.
    Do let me know if you still face the issue.
