Captcha with password protected page

I have a WordPress site that I have password protected page, checking Password Protected and selecting a password.
The problem is when someone visits the page and enters the password they are greeted with an “Are You Human page set with a Captcha. When the captcha is entered it then freezes out (too many links.) and doesn’t go to the article, although when the page is reloaded it then doesn’t prompt for a password.
I need to get rid of this captcha page.
The host of the site claim it is not server side. (Heartinternet).
Which file holds the code for this Captcha implementation?
