Let’s test basic functionality first. Create a simple page with the form by itself not in an overlay window. If the Captcha works on that page, then the problem is either the overlay window or the Captcha plugin.
Captcha initializes itself after the page content is loaded. If the Captcha is hidden in an overlay window, it may never get the signal to initialize. This is not a bug or flaw; it is just not designed to work that way.
I suggest you ask both the Captcha plugin support and Divi support about this. They may have a solution.

Hi Chris, thanks for the speedy reply. I did test as you mentioned. Oddly enough, the overlay plugin I was using wouldn’t display it. I tried another one, Popup Maker, and it displayed the captcha without a problem. So, why the Captcha wouldn’t display in the other is a matter i’ll take up with that developer. As it stands right now, the form and Captcha are displaying in the popup without a problem.
