I’ve chosen the option to ‘Hide the CAPTCHA field for guests’ and ‘Show the CAPTCHA field for logged in users’ but the captcha.php script is still being executed.

Does the option just hide the field and not remove it?

Admin user to my website? I am hesitant to give such rights to someone I don’t know though.
Has there been no precedence to this problem?
