Until the most recent update the Caption seen on the mouseover of the image, which comes from the media library “Caption” or from the Modula Gird “Caption Text” used to show up below the picture in lightbox.

Prior it may have been: <div class="modula-fancybox-caption__body">SWING TONGUE</div>

Now what shows up: <div class="modula-fancybox-caption__body">Open image in lightbox</div>

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @nrbtech,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Can you please go to your dashboard > Modula > Edit your gallery > click on the pencil icon on one of the images and let us know if you have something written in the Caption Text section?

    Thank you,
    Beatrice.

    Hi Beatrice,

It varies. I have also tried removing the & but that did not make a difference.

Here is a screenshot here and a video on youtube doing a walk through of the properties of each image in modula and in the media manager.

    Hello @nrbtech,

We noticed that you also have the Pro plugin installed and it may be possible that the issue is coming from there. We are not allowed to offer support on these forums for our premium version, as you can see in the guidelines here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products

Please send us an email using this form here and we will reply ASAP.

    Warmly,
    Beatrice

    Thank you,
We are fully using the free version for the moment and all is well. I am not sure when or why the pro version was purchased. I will look into converting to the pro version at some point since we own it.
