    We have checked your site and it seems that there are some Javascript errors in console.Can you please point us to the exact page where you have Icegram message live.
    We will look into it.

    Hi,

    I dont understand, i ahve emailed you also but no one replies to the emails.

    As soon as i put a message here i get a reply, are you only showing that you provide support or do you actually provide support?

    I am very disappointed with your support

    In terms of your question, I have trid it on multiple pages.

    I have wasted a good two weeks with this, i thouhgt this would be a winner but your support has really let it down. I cant be even bothered to explain the problem in detail fearing that I might not get a repsonse.

    How do I get a refund?

    It looks like “CTA Actions” addon issue.
    Are you running the latest version(1.1.7) of it​?
    If not, please update it.
