Capture Payment Button

Our project has some special requirements and we have been unable to make your plugin work with our requirements.
Basically, we use PayPal PayFlow Pro and when a customer places an order on our site, it needs to be processed AUTH-ONLY.
Our sales team will manually view the order details, verify the payment to prevent fraudulent orders, and check stock. Once we confirmed this is a legitimate order, we need a button to capture the payment from the order details page.
There is another plugin which uses the order status to process, but it doesn’t seem to work. It is supposed to capture the payment once you move the order from “On Hold” to “Processing.”

Is there any configuration changes we can make so that our sites will have a Capture button in the WooCommerce Order Details after authorization?
