You can always set the option to autocapture payments on completing the order from the settingspage:
http://www.YOURDOMAIN.DK/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=checkout§ion=wc_quickpay
Here you will see the option halfway down, where it says “Træk betaling når ordren er completed.”
But you can also do it from the order page, but you might have it disabled. Try accessing it from the top right of the screen where it says “skærmindstillinger”
Tried that – didn’t work.
Dansk: Jeg har haft flueben i ‘Capture Payment on complete’. Det virkede IKKE 🙁 Øv. Andre bud? ‘Auto-capture’ virker perfekt, men kunden, som jeg laver shoppen for, vil helst selv godkende transaktionerne, når han har ordren klar.
Tilføjelse: Så sent som igår var funktionen der, derinde hvor man processer og complter ordren.
Indeed this seems to be a problem with v. 2.1.6 of the plugin. Tested it in v 3.0.0 which is currently in beta, and the problem seems to be solved with this release. If it has any interest, you can find it here: https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/woocommerce-quickpay.3.0.0.zip
I’ll try it out. Thanks 🙂
Hi,
Updated to 3.0.0 and the ‘Capture Payment’ function button still isn’t there. The ‘Captyure on Complete’ isn’t working either. Is ‘Allow Autocapture’ my only option, if I want to avoid to go to QuickPays administration panel to capture the transactions?
It seemed to be because of callback timeouts due to a _very_ slow webserver. As a result of this, the transaction ID is never mapped to the order in WooCommerce, and the API methods are never initialised in WC.
I will close this issue for now.
