Capture User ID

Thanks a lot Takayuki. I am assuming there is no way to capture the numeric User ID right? From what I saw it generally operates with username?

I am trying to use the [_user_login] in the body of the email but it comes back as blank. Any idea if I am doing something wrong? (I am logged in)
