Card form

Hello,

First let me say a massive thank you for this plugin, its fantastic.

I’m just wondering why there are no fields for card owner’s name, although the name on the order form is captured and sent along with card details Stripe, but there will be instances where the name of the buyer is different from the name of card owner and it is prudent to always ask for the card owner’s name on the payment form.

Can you please look into this, or if its something about my settings can you please let me know what I’m doing wrong.
