    Our plugin is using the redirect method.
    No input fields will be on your site.
    All the input of card number etc will happen in VivaWallet environment.

    In that case, the redirection also does not happen if I just press “Finish Booking”

    The page redirects to the thank you page immediately without going through Viva and with the following message:

    This order’s status is “Confirmed”—it cannot be paid for. Please contact us if you need assistance.

    I guess that there is a conflict with your booking plugin.
    Can you ask them, if they override things that may conflict with a typical redirect payment gateway?

    1. What do you mean by things that may conflict with a typical redirect payment gateway?
    2. We do not have any payment methods so far, especially one that does redirects.

    What is something that might block your plugin’s redirection?

    We are still trying to fix this issue.

    Is there any chance you can help us find a solution to this?

    No redirection is getting blocked from what we can see.

    Hello,
    We cannot know, why this happening.
    Our plugin uses the instructions for a payment gateway, which uses the process payment and then creates the url to be redirected for the payment.
    We can not know, what your booking plugin does, which may prevent that procedure.

    All the other customers that uses our plugin via woocommerce (or whith booking plugins that uses the woocommerce payment gateways) are working as expected.
