    Hi there,

    I have connected woocommerce to the Square account directly from the WP dashboard and set it to Production mode, however, the card payment doesn’t seem to work and it doesn’t have the credit card field to input the credit card details.

    It’s showing me this (missing credit card field):

    I’ve tried reconnecting it, but still no luck. I also tried using sandbox mode, the issue still persists, still no credit card field. Even if it doesn’t have a credit card field, when I click on the pay now button, it’s giving me this error:

    3D Secure Verification Token is missing

    We tried to enable 3D Secure in the Square account, it says to use the Square’s Risk Manager feature and set a rule to require 3D Secure authentication, so we enrolled to the Risk Managers in the Square account. When we did that and tried to create a rule, I see a banner at the top saying to update your APIs in order to enable 3D Secure rules.

    How can we update the APIs to enable 3D Secure?
    Is that something that we have to do on the Square account side or WooCommerce side?

    Thank you for the detailed explanation. I understand how frustrating and confusing this issue can be, especially after testing in Sandbox mode and attempting to resolve it without success. Rest assured, we’re here to help.

    To begin, I’d like to get a better understanding of your setup. Please go to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report, then click Copy for support and share it with me via pastebin.com.

    Also, while you’re on the Status page, click on the Logs tab and check for any fatal errors or logs related to Square or WooCommerce. Share those log entries via Pastebin as well.

    Once I receive this information, I’ll review your site environment and logs so I can recommend the next steps to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the issue.
