Carousel arrows aren’t clickable

    We are using the Pro version and now we are no longer able to click the side to side arrows on our carousels. And we can’t swipe either. The carousels are stationary. We have looked through our update logs and it’s not clear what could have caused this. We’re not sure when the issue started, it has been a busy time and we just noticed this issue.

    Searching for fixes, we took a look at your suggestion here in the FAQ https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/woo-products-slider-pro/#faq

    • slider_cls:
      slider_cls=”products” (This parameter target the wooCommerce default class for product looping. If your slider is not working please check your theme product looping class and add that class in this parameter)

    We checked out woocommerce_product_loop in /template/archive-product.php for our Shopkeeper theme but we didn’t find a ready class we might pass to slider_cls. And we’re not even sure if that would help.

    After looking into your provided url sliders, it seems you are using ecommerce-product-carousel-slider-for-elementor which conflicts with our plugin, please do check our plugin after disabling ecommerce-product-carousel-slider-for-elementor.
