Carousel doesn’t work

Dear Sir,
I want to use your plugin to make a image carousel but after enter the name and press the save button it never open the carousel query.
I have check the documentation but I don’t find any solution. Please, could you help me? sure I’m doing something wrong.

Will you please share export code this short code. Go into image hover shortcode page and click to export code. Once exported kindly upload somewhere and share the link as I can check into my demo sites.

Hi,
Thanks for your prompt reply. Maybe my explanation is not clear, but the problem is that I can’t create a carousel, I follow the documentation steps and when at the first after enter the name I press the save button it never create the carousel.

I suggest you,

Create any image hover effects and add some images before creating the carousel. After creating effects kindly create another carousel shortcode and select style from the style input form.

Once save data carousel will show properly. You can check this https://youtu.be/9GSUE-DW61Q . If you reply with a URL or JSON code I can check and solve this issue instantly. kindly check this video and hope this will help you a lot.

I have seen that video but I can’t create a carousel, when I do it, it doesn’t finish the save action.

I forgot to tell you that I have done several efects, buttons, etc with the plugin and it works fine, but carousel doesn’t work.

I am sorry, There was a silly mistake during the last update. I solve this issue at https://www.oxilabdemos.com/image-hover/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/image-hover-effects-ultimate.zip . kindly delete the current version and install these custom files.

I also update my plugin on the 17th, it’s up to you as earlier use custom files.
