Carousel etc. moving/responsive content stopped working

Hi after making some changes to the settings of my site suddenly different stuff stopped working such as a carousel i had on my homepage stopped. I believe it’s jQuery or something that’s just stopped working.

Things that are usually responsive just sends me to the top of the page instead..

Sorry If I can’t explain very good but I literally have no idea what is going on really.
