Carousel has stopped working

    Hi there.
    I have been using the free version for a short while with a view to upgrading to Pro.

    In the last few days, my carousels have stopped working correctly.

    They no longer show the titles, prices, buttons etc. In fact, all that is shown is now a large image!

    Can you help?

    Thank you very much for using the plugin. We are very sorry to know that you are having some trouble with it.

    Have you updated to the latest version? We have made some major changes in the latest version, so we strongly recommend you update to the latest version. and if your problem is not fixed after updating, please do let us know. and optionally, if possible, you may also share the link where you used the WooCommerce Product Carousel Slider so that we can find the cause of the problem and fix it ASAP.

    Thanks for the reply.
    I’m fully up to date with wordpress and the plugin.

    The site is http://www.mgautos.uk.com

    On the front page, there are two carousels as you’ll see.
    All I get is the images.

    Thank you very much for providing the link to fix the issue faster. We have checked the link you provided. As far as we can see after inspecting the code, the carousel is working fine. However, we can see that there is no navigation arrow in the slider, nor the auto-play is active. If you like to show navigation arrow then you can set the ‘Display Navigation Arrows’ option to ‘yes’ in the General Settings tab of the plugin settings page. And if you want to enable auto-play of the product carousel, then you can set the ‘Auto Play’ option to ‘yes’ in the Slider Settings tab of the plugin settings page.

    Please do let us know if everything works fine after the above adjustment.
