    I have a website that sells online courses. I use the Tutor LMS plugin to manage the website’s content and study platform. In the Tutor LMS plugin settings, I configured the payment for WooCommerce as indicated by the Tutor LMS plugin support so that payment can be made through WooCommerce. The problem I’m having is that every time someone logs into the platform and wants to purchase a course or puts a course in the cart, they can’t complete the purchase. In other words, the cart page doesn’t load, and if they request checkout, it doesn’t load either, so my future customer can’t complete the purchase.

    Thank you for reaching out. Since the cart and checkout pages are not loading when using WooCommerce with the Tutor LMS plugin, let’s go through some troubleshooting steps to identify the cause:

    1. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced and confirm that the Cart and Checkout pages are correctly assigned. If they are not assigned, select the correct pages and save changes.
    2. Open your browser’s Developer Console (F12 → Console tab) while trying to load the cart/checkout pages. If you see errors, they may indicate conflicts with JavaScript or missing resources.
    3. For testing purposes, could you please deactivate the Tutor LMS plugin, add a test product, and try to place a test order to see if you’re able to access the cart or checkout pages?
      For this test, you can create a staging site where you deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce.

    If you are able to access the cart and checkout pages after deactivating the LMS plugin, I would suggest contacting the LMS support and asking them to configure the LMS plugin properly or assist you in fixing the issue.

    Hello, thank you for the information, I actually found that the conflict was in the tutor lms plugin. I contacted them and managed to resolve it.
