Hi @umik ,
I hope you’re doing well.
To help you quickly, please:
- Record a short clip (Loom/CloudApp) showing “add to cart” and the header/cart count not updating.
- Include screenshots with versions (WordPress, WooCommerce, theme, Pre-Orders 2.1, PHP), whether you use cache/CDN, and any Console/Network errors.
- Reproduce on a clean test site with only WooCommerce + our plugin and the Storefront theme (incognito, clear caches).
- If it works there > it’s an external conflict (theme/another plugin/cache).
- If it fails there >share the clip and steps so we can review with that minimal setup.
Best regards, peace!

@mathdaniel This is important, please do not refer to support topics as tickets again. “Tickets” imply some sort of customer relationship. You have no “customers” here, just opensource users of your plugin.
It’s not just wordplay. When you call volunteer support topics “tickets” you are creating a very wrong impression here. Please stop that.
@jdembowski
Thanks for the feedback, can we refer to the topic as a thread or is just safe to say “Support Topic”.
Regards,
Judd
