    Hi, customers are putting things in their basket and then go to checkout.

    On the checkout page they login to their account, but the items in their basket are removed and they have to start shopping again.

    This is really frustrating for the customers. What could be causing this error?

    Just to confirm, you use WooCommerce Payments and Jetpack, right?

    If you do, this is a known bug. The good news is, it is set to be fixed on WooCommerce Payments next version, which is scheduled for tomorrow (Feb 14). You can read more about it here.

    If you are not using WCPayments and Jetpack, please let us know so we can investigate this further.
