cart error, customiser not loading

    using x theme , having cart erorr – not showing anything on cart page
    customiser wont load either now
    had php memory upgraded by bluehost
    cannot access ftp – bluehost doesnt know why .

    When asking questions in the WordPress forum that relate directly to a theme or plugin, it is best to ask it in the forum dedicated to that product. There the developer and users familiar with that product will be better able to help you.

    I posted in there and have had no reponse re: the customiser issue . I have searched extensively to try and solve the problem
