    Hello @vitorheringer

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

That’s strange, can you please let me know that are you using any cache plugin on the website.

On the same note, can you please elaborate it so that I can get which css is not exactly working which leads the different UI on the different browser.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hello @cartflows,

I have WP Rocket installed buy already deactivated. No cache solution at server side.

The CSS used is: https://pastebin.com/Zy8Y9MW3 and https://pastebin.com/qHDwCYDN. One is used at one element for desktop and another for mobile. One shortcode each.

I haven`t put any css regarding browser, but as you can see, they are displaying differently.

    Hello @vitorheringer

Thank you for getting back to us!

I checked the page at our end and it seems to be displaying properly in Chrome and other browser’s as well.

Here is the screenshot of it.

Can you please confirm that it is working at your end as well. If not then have you tried clearing the browser’s cache?

Still not working, please open a support ticket from our website so that one of our developer will help you with it.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.
