I tried to replicate the issue on your site, and I noticed that the product is initially added to the cart but then suddenly disappears.
To assist you further, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:- System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
- Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

add-to-cart.phptemplate of WooCommerce, which may be causing the issue you’re experiencing.To assist you further, could you please create a staging site using the following plugin:
👉 WP Staging – WordPress pluginOnce the staging site is set up, please:
- Activate a default theme like Storefront.
- Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce.
- Test to see if the issue still occurs.
If the problem persists, kindly share the staging site URL while keeping only the default theme active and all other plugins deactivated.
Also, could you please check if there are any errors in your site’s error log? If so, sharing those logs would be very helpful.

Since the issue doesn’t occur when you’re logged in as an admin, it’s likely related to caching. Please note that cache is typically bypassed for logged-in administrators, so the issue may not appear in that case.
I recommend temporarily disabling WP Rocket and any server-side caching. You may want to reach out to your hosting provider for assistance in disabling the server-side cache.
If the issue continues after clearing all caches, please consider performing a full conflict test to help identify the cause.

I’ve already tried disabling WP Rocket and all other plugins individually to rule out any conflicts, but the issue still persists. I’ve also confirmed with my hosting provider that there is no server-side caching enabled on the server.

To investigate further, I recommend creating a staging site and configuring it with only the WooCommerce plugin and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four. Once it’s set up, please share the System Status Report from the staging site using Pastebin.com.

While I’m not able to create a staging site directly for you, you can use a plugin like WP STAGING to easily set one up. Alternatively, your hosting provider may offer a built-in staging feature, it’s worth checking with them as well.
